The CISL hosts a series of diverse event types:
CISLrs – Monthly virtual forums where scholars from various fields working on computational approaches to studying institutions and societies meet to exchange ideas, network with each other, and share their developing and published research.
Workshops – Events targeted at engagement on various kinds of topics, including diverse formats (e.g., targeting different groups of researchers), featuring presentations, networking opportunities, and incubator sessions (e.g., hackathons).
Incubator Sessions – Events targeted at the introduction of new scholars to particular concepts, analytical tools and techniques (e.g., instructional training).
